Refund, Returns & Damaged Items Policy

Refunds

Once the order is placed, shipped and picked up by Carrier. There will not be option to cancel or return..

Returns

We DO NOT offer returns, unless the items are damaged. Please refer to Damaged Items section to better understand and provide details to start the replacement process.

Damaged Items

If the product that was shipped to you was damaged in transit, please reach out to us via orders@onecpshub.com with Order number & pictures of the damaged goods. We will review and file a claim on your behalf with carrier and send you a replacement.

Provided pictures will be reviewed & will be determined if the shipping box is damaged or the content is damaged. Based on outcome, we will let you know the next steps. It might take 3-5 business days for us to complete the review. Please be patient while we review the process.
